How to prevent foot fungus?
- Wash your feet daily and dry them thoroughly, even between the toes.
- Change socks daily.
- Preferably wear socks in a breathable material.
- Avoid tight shoes and rubber boots.
- Use slippers in areas where many people stay barefoot, like changing rooms and swimming pools.
- If the socks are washed at 60ᵒC, then the fungi die.
If you have problems with recurrent yeast infections, Pevaryl powder in the socks can be a good way to avoid new yeast infections.
